3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the contract before work begins. A deposit may be required for certain projects before work commences. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in the contract. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and financing options if applicable.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Customers may cancel a scheduled service up to 48 hours before the appointment without penalty. Deposits on materials may be non-refundable. Refunds are not provided once a service has been completed unless there is a material defect or service issue that Roof It! Chattanooga determines to be our responsibility.

5. Warranty & Liability

Our roofing services come with a limited warranty, which will be detailed in the service agreement. Roof It! Chattanooga is not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather, improper maintenance, or third-party interference. Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.
